Start with Our Proprietary Process
Positively People™ harnesses a proprietary process, TADAP™, developed by founder Jean Meeks Koch, Ph.D. We also employ scientifically validated behavioral assessments to help clients in enterprise, non-profit, government and family-owned entities achieve – and exceed – their business goals.
We do this by assessing and empowering their most powerful resources: the humans that drive – or impede – their success.

Let Us Help You Uncover Your Team’s Potential
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ helps individuals discover what it takes to become a truly cohesive and productive team.
Teamwork is a core element of successful organizations. Wiley teamed with Patrick Lencioni, author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, to create a way to measure trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. Positively People deploys this assessment, which leads to truly measurable improvements.
Art therapy uses creative techniques to help people express themselves and examine psychological and emotional characteristics of their art. Guided by a credentialed art therapist, clients can discover the nonverbal messages, symbols, and metaphors in their art, leading to n personal well-being and improved functioning.
Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga
Mindfulness, meditation and yoga increase mental clarity and can allow us to acknowledge thoughts and feelings with ease, while gaining the benefits of stress relief and enhanced physical and mental flexibility.
Mindfulness is about acceptance – paying attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them. We avoid believing there is a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. According to Jon Kabat-Zinn, mindfulness is “maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.”
Meditation is the intentional act of focusing one’s awareness on the present, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Fans of meditation find their work lives improved by this focus on “the now.”
Yoga is a physical and mental practice that includes attention on the breath and gentle movement. Breath control is key to the yoga practice, and translates well to the work world.
