The Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders uses the leadership model from the Work of Leaders assessment and incorporates a rating system performed by the leader’s peers and employees. A leader will self-evaluate various traits of leadership and their results will be compared with a similar evaluation of that same leader by that leader’s managers, peers, direct reports, and others who work with them.

This is best used for executive coaching or for leadership development in a one on one scenario, though multiple people will need to assist in the rating portion of the assessment.
